By clicking “I agree” you expressly and affirmatively consent and agree to terms and conditions of the Zera® Food Recycler Subscription Program described herein. These terms and conditions are subject to change and apply to all items in your subscription order.
We reserve the right to cancel any subscription or any part of a subscription for any reason. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, product availability, price discrepancy, or pricing error. Otherwise, your subscription orders will continue until you cancel or change them.
All subscription order shipments are sent with standard shipping only via U.S. Mail.
You authorize us to charge the credit card that you use for your initial setup order for future subscription orders that you request. You will receive an email 10 days before your next subscription order is scheduled to be processed with the details of your upcoming order and the total amount that your credit card will be charged. We will continue to charge your credit card for subscription orders until you cancel your subscription or modify your credit card information in a manner and time consistent with Section 6 of these terms and conditions.
The price you originally paid for an item is not guaranteed for future orders in your subscription. In the event of a change in the price of items in your subscription, you will be notified of the price change via email 10 days before your next subscription order is processed and shipped.
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLING REORDERS
You can view and manage your subscription at any time by visiting www.wlabsinnovations.com (the “Website”) and signing in to your account. To reschedule or stop a subscription order, use one of the following options:
Log in to your account on the Website and modify the “Next Estimated Ship Date” to reschedule a subscription reorder.
If you no longer want to receive a subscription order at all, log into your account on the Website and click the “Cancel Subscription” button.
Cancellation will terminate all future scheduled shipments on your subscription.
Requests to reschedule or cancel a subscription order must be submitted at least three (3) business days before the next scheduled subscription order shipment date. Any changes you make before the deadline will apply to the next scheduled reorder. Changes after the deadline will not affect reorders already in progress, but will apply to later reorders. If you are unable to access the Auto-Reorder & Save page on a mobile device, please switch to the desktop site or call us for assistance.
You may return items in your subscription reorders as long as your return meets our return policy which is displayed in the “Cart” section on the Website.
If your shipping address is in a state that requires us to collect sales tax, your subscription orders will be subject to tax at the appropriate state and local rate.
